1. Storefront Restoration Grant Program - provides a matching grant up to $1,000 to business owners, who are contributors of the Hobart Main Street Program, for the purpose of restroring, renovating, or improving the outside appearance of their building. The grant can be used for window replacement, entry doors, painting, signage, sidewalk repalcement or anything that improves the looks of the storefront. Applications can be obtained at the Hobart Main Street office, 106 W. 4th, or call 726-4206. The improvements must be approved by the Design Committee of the Hobart Main Street Program before improvements are made in order to qualify for the grant.
2. Property owners have the services of the Oklahoma Main Street Center that has a certified architect to provide free architectural drawings and recommendations in accordance to the guidelines of the Oklahoma Preservation Center.
3. Businesses have access to professional business training and advice from the Oklahoma Main Street Center that has on staff a professional business consultant. New business owners can utilize these services with new business start-ups information, developing business plans, and general information concerning business.
4. Providing downtown business owers a wide variety of buisness seminars and workshops that will help improve the downtown revenue.

7. Business Advertising opportunities.
8. Involvement in the events and activities held in Hobart throughout the year.
